Refund Policy

Sterling Learning LLC
Sterling Learning LLC maintains a clear and transparent refund policy to ensure a fair experience for all participants.

Course Enrollment Refund
✓ Eligible
Within 7 days of payment, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
✗ Not Eligible
Once the participant has completed more than 20% of the programme, no refund will be issued.

Installment Payments
- Payments already made are non-refundable after programme access has started
- Future unpaid installments may be canceled upon written request

Programme Cancellation
If Sterling Learning cancels a programme, participants receive:

Full refund of all payments made

Transfer to another session at no extra cost

Certificate Fees
Administrative and certificate processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and must include:

Programme NameThe exact title of the programme enrolled in

Date of EnrollmentThe date your enrollment was confirmed

Reason for RequestA brief explanation of your refund request
